Pets - Max 2 allowed, Max weight 60 lb each

  • Comments: No Monthly Pet Rent. Non-Refundable Pet Fees. All Fees & Deposits are per pet.
  • Restrictions: Breed Restrictions Apply. Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pincher, Rottweiler, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Pressa Canaries, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Huskies, Wolf Hybrids.
Cats - allowed, Max weight 30 lb each, One time non-refundable fee $400.00, one time refundable deposit $400.00

Dogs - allowed, Max weight 60 lb each, One time non-refundable fee $400 for pets under 30lbs, $500 one time pet fee for pets 30.1-60lbs. $400 one time pet deposit for pets under 30lbs, $500 one time pet deposit for pets 30.1-60lbs.

Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct and waste disposal but are exempt from fees, weight allowances and breed restrictions.
